We are looking for an upbeat, out-going, hard-working individual to join our team as a Veterinary Assistant. The Veterinary Assistant's primary duty is to assist the Veterinarians with patient care and interacting and educating clients. You must possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, compassion, a positive attitude, organized and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Multitasking, accepting constructive criticism and punctuality is essential.

Responsibilities Include: Assisting Veterinarians in patient care, monitoring and administering treatments. Able to provide gentle and compassionate care to all patients. Ability to communicate with clients in varying emotional states. Cleaning and maintaining a sanitary work environment is required. Maintaining medical records and relaying appropriate information between doctors, staff and clients. Basic computer skills utilized daily.
